FIRSTLY, CAN we say a BIG, HUGE, MASSIVE,  & VERY GRATEFUL THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

We have been overhelmed by the messages, support, and e-mails we have received.

WE are missing you all, though we can not go anywhere without being pounced on – that is good and we are very flattered, that you all care so much.

We are missing creating our lovely food, and you customers, but not all the worry about the premises, lease, licences, etc etc. That was not why we started Adam and Eve’s & that is why we made the rash decision to close from that premises.

We have been astonished and upset by the greed and waste in business today and decided that that life is not for us. We really do still bear so much value on the good and right things in life, we are in the process of setting up a free website to help others with a passion grow organically.

Also, we are looking out for a home to offer our great, wholesome food from, but with no problems please!

We are now poor as church mice – but very willing to work with the community, a company, gym, leisure centre, golf club,  british legion club. we know we can bring the punters in your door (BIG database of customers) and offer some regular events and rent… & free advertising (look at our great marketing)

If anyone has any ideas…however bizarre – e-mail us – we will pursue it.

we are also still doing our wonderful catering for any event and have had some great bookings since the cafe closed – thanks to all of you for that.

Our cakes have got better than ever, and you will see us at lots of events coming up to Christmas.

We’ve decided (due to issues with our lease) to close the café for a while and look for some spanky new premises.

Don’t panic!

Although the Holdenhurst Road site will be closed as a café* (at least for the month of August), we’ll still be operating, popping up at various events and markets as well as continuing to offer our fantastic corporate and private catering service (and scrummy cakes). Those of you with catering and events already booked can rest assured that we will be fulfilling all of those existing commitments and contacting you all in person to confirm this.

Again, hugely exciting times and a great opportunity for Adam & Eve’s to look for a new home!
